HIPAA Training Instructions

Instructions to access the course:

1. Go to https://blackboard.stonybrook.edu/
2. Click “User Login” and enter NetID username & password
3. Click on the top tab “Courses”
4. Click “SDM Annual HIPAA & Compliance Training” in the Course Catalog
5. Click the arrow button to the right of the desired course ID, then select “Enroll”.
6. Click “Submit” and “OK” to complete the self-enrollment 
7. The instructions for the course are found under the Information tab and the course content is found under the content tab.
